Refund policy

- Local Pick Up is Available 7 Days a week. If you select local pick up you will be emailed with the pick up location and times when it’s ready. If local pick up is selected at check out and is an accident or a change of mind please email us at loloandco254@gmail.com for instructions. You will be responsible for all shipping costs. Please allow 24-48 hours for a reply.Â
- Return Policy- 10 day return policy for store credit only. If shipped, the 10 day policy starts when the package has reached its final destination. If a customer chooses local pick up, the 10 day policy starts the first full pick up day after being notified that it’s ready for pick up. Must be returned in brand new condition, not worn and smoke Free/perfume free/ Makeup Free etc. Shoe returns must arrive in the box they were received in and in brand new excellent condition. Any scuffs or marks on the shoes will not be eligible for a return for credit. It is recommended to try on all shoes inside on carpet or a rug to prevent damage to shoes when trying on. The same item must be returned that the customer purchased from LoLo & Co. Boutique with all the tags/stickers/labels in place. Items returned that do not meet our specifications will not be eligible to receive store credit. Customers will be responsible for shipping costs to and from all returns
- Final Sales include but not limited to, ALL Jewelry, hats, purses, sale items, Dessert Bronze self tanner, accessories, home & gift items and grab bags. Giveaways, (including items that are redeemed with a gift card won through a contest) are final and may not be exchanged for different item, size or credit. Â
- Damaged Items- If the customer receives an item that is damaged please send us a picture immediately through email at loloandco254@gmail.com. After 48 hrs of delivery, customers are responsible for all damages to the product and will not longer be eligible for a store credit.
- Store Credit- All returns must be examined by LoLo & Co. before a credit will be issued. Please allow up to 7 business days to be emailed a code to use on our site. Inventory can not be held and it not guaranteed to be in stock when credit is issued. It is suggested to go ahead and purchase the item desired. If an item is returned outside of the 10 days we will send an invoice for shipping charges to have it shipped back. If the return shipping payment is not made within 30 days the item(s) will be donated locally and without a credit being issued.Â
